The HUBS mission is to use technology to transform the four-state region into a smart region with the technological capabilities needed to thrive in the new digital, knowledge-based economy. HUBS aims to link regional hospitals, universities, businesses, schools and government operations in order to take full advantage of the region's existing technological capabilities and promote the transfer of new technologies into the region.
