Technological Objectives:

• Encourage collaboration among experts in disparate communities
• Apply the highest level of security for the smooth transformation of the digital landscape
• Support development and implementation of technologies that create useful information and services for end-users
• Develop virtual private network systems for specific communities
• Promote development of software competencies that are transferable to multiple applications

Economic Objectives:

• Encourage investment in small to medium regional assets with promising new technologies
• Demonstrate the region's technological capabilities and potential to encourage significant investment and attract new businesses and skilled workers to the four-state region
• Facilitate technology training programs to provide a supply of skilled workers to support technology development programs and businesses in the region
